Orbit runs a high-volume e-commerce operation across three sales channels. What We Built
We built a unified order processing flow that triggers the moment a purchase is confirmed on any channel. Inventory updates across all three platforms instantly. The warehouse gets an automated pick list. Shipping labels are generated and sent. The customer receives a tracking email. The CRM logs the sale. Fourteen manual steps, gone.
The Result
Orbit processed three times the order volume during their next peak season with zero additional headcount. The team stopped working weekends. Error rates dropped to near zero. The automation has handled over 4,000 orders since launch without a single manual intervention.
