The Problem

Orbit runs a high-volume e-commerce operation across three sales channels. Every order triggered a chain of manual tasks: updating inventory across platforms, notifying the warehouse, generating shipping labels, sending tracking info to the customer, and logging the sale in their CRM. During peak periods the team was drowning. Orders were slipping, customers were following up, and the team was working weekends.

What We Built

We built a unified order processing flow that triggers the moment a purchase is confirmed on any channel. Inventory updates across all three platforms instantly. The warehouse gets an automated pick list. Shipping labels are generated and sent. The customer receives a tracking email. The CRM logs the sale. Fourteen manual steps, gone.

The Result
