The Problem
Cipher delivers weekly threat intelligence reports to enterprise clients. Each report pulled data from six different sources, required manual formatting, and went through two internal review rounds before it could be sent. The team was spending 15 hours per report. With twelve clients, that was unsustainable.
What We Built
We built an automated reporting pipeline that pulls data from all six sources on a schedule, feeds it through an AI model that structures and writes the report draft, and routes it to the right reviewer with a single click approval. The moment it is approved it goes out. No copy-paste, no formatting, no chasing data.
The Result
Report production dropped from 15 hours to under 2. The team went from spending most of their week on reports to spending an hour reviewing AI-generated drafts. Cipher now handles twice the client volume with the same headcount. Eight manual steps no longer exist.
